**SHIPPING & DELIVERY**

 

Melanin Oz, LLC utilizes the US Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS for shipping. The specific shipping method will depend on service availability and your location. Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your items, the chosen method, and your location. Typically, orders are dispatched within business hours if items are in stock. Once an order is packaged, no changes can be made, and cancellations or refunds will not be processed after shipment. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for any address changes after shipment (per box).

**RETURNS/DAMAGE/MISSING POLICY**

 

To report an issue, please contact us at thepeculiarmelanin@gmail.com with your invoice number, who picked and packed your order, and if applicable, a photo of the damaged item (no zip files, please). Clearly mark “RETURNS DEPT.” on the outside of the return box along with an RMA number. Include your order number inside the box for proper credit. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. Melanin Oz, LLC accepts returns of resalable items purchased within the last 14 days. Oils transferred to plastic containers are not considered resealable therefore no refunds will be issued. Discontinued items will not be credited. Due to rising shipping costs, we may charge your account for any shipping fees incurred from returned or refused packages without prior approval. Customers are responsible for filing claims for damage or missing packages with the shipping provider (UPS, US Postal Service, FedEx, etc.).

**PAYMENT METHODS**

 

Melanin Oz, LLC accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Money Orders, PayPal, and Cash App. Some payment methods may incur additional fees. A $150.00 fee will be applied for chargebacks and failure to remit payment promptly may result in collections.

**SALES TAX**

 

Melanin Oz, LLC may need to apply sales tax on orders based on your state. All sales tax or other applicable taxes for orders domestically or internationally are the customer's responsibility.

**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS**

 

Please note shipping costs may exceed the amount calculated at checkout. If there is a difference, you will be invoiced for the amount, which must be paid before your order ships.

**OUT-OF-STOCK**

 

If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and provide options to choose an alternative item or receive a refund.
